Package 4: Mountain Man Bull Hunt - Bull Tahr - Southern Alps (All year round)

A demanding mountain hunt, hunting over private land in the Southern Alps, South Island, New Zealand.

Available:

Best hunting from March to August and first half of November.

Price includes:

1. Six hunting days - fully guided.

Package 5: The West Coast Blast - Red Deer, Chamois and Pigs - West Coast

Hunting on the West Coast of the South Island, New Zealand. It's a scenic drive to the West Coast with helicopter transfers into the hunting area. There is no limit on the amount of animals - most hunters usually get 3-5 animals.

All year round (best time is March to May)

All our hunting is strictly free range fair chase.

A Bull Tahr hunt in the majestic Southern Alps is one of the most challenging experiences a hunter can have! If a client is fit the hunt is easier and will be more enjoyable.

Age is no barrier to a successful mountain hunt.

Most of our hunts are conducted over private land and through careful game management, with knowledge and dedication; our clients can enjoy outstanding success rates on mature animals with exceptional heads.

All field preparation of animals is conducted by us, taxidermy, handling and repatriation of Trophies are available at an extra cost.

A personalized tour of the South Island can be added to any of our hunting packages.

Fishing packages can be added to any of our hunting packages.

Insurance.

Whilst all reasonable care is taken during your stay, hunting is a potentially hazardous pursuit and we take no responsibility for injury or loss that may occur during your hunt. We strongly advise our clients to arrange their own suitable travel insurance prior to departure.

Payment.

A payment of 50% of the hunt cost will secure your booking. The balance is payable to your guide at the beginning of the hunt. All prices are quoted in US dollars.
