Planning a fallow buck hunt to Hungary in 2023 for myself and my son Mathew, with Australian Hunting Consultants proved to be a very good decision.
The Hungarian outfitter (Roland) was untiring in his efforts to make our trip one to remember. We both found the guides very friendly and good at their jobs, many big bucks were seen. The accommodation was excellent and the staff courteous.
We have no problems recommending this hunt to any fallow enthusiast.

In 2009 I ventured to Darwin, Australia to hunt Water Buffalo and that is where I met an amazing couple lan and Kathy. They were incredible hosts and did their best to make sure the hunt was a success. We also fished for Barramundi and the adventure was truly amazing. I also took a female non hunter and they made sure her trip was just as enjoyable. Each day the meals were prepared fresh and hot off the grill.
The camp was very remote with an abundance of wild game. As a result I returned to hunt with them two more times. One in Darwin for a Banteng hunt. The other was on the East Coast for a Rusa Deer. Each time was an amazing experience. The deer were massive trophy quality with numerous sightings each day.
I highly recommend lan and Kathy as hunting guides. One thing that sets them apart, lan is a bow hunter and understands the requirements and mind set of a bow hunter.
They are an amazing couple that takes care of their clients. You start as a hunter and leave as a life long friend! Just Amazing People!!

I still have vivid memories of my first hunting experience shared with Australian Hunting Consultants. I joined them on a hunt in North Queensland for chital and rusa deer and on this hunt I managed to take a stag of each species, that went top 10 in the Trophy Register and two trophy class boars.

Ian and Kathy took myself and a camera man on an unforgettable adventure in 2009. It was an action packed week full of an over abundance of not only game animals, but wildlife in general.
