Hunting method
Hunting is carried out by spotting tracks from snowmobiles. Some walking is necessary when a trophy bear is spotted before taking the shot. For this it is advisable to use snow shoes and ski poles, these are easily purchased in Petropavlovsk prior to the hunt. Although it is spring it will still be cold so suitable clothing will be necessary including sunglasses or snow goggles.
